Job Title: Sales Conversion Specialist

Role Overview
- The Sales Conversion Specialist will be responsible for converting qualified inbound and outbound leads into paying clients across Lifted Horizon’s core offerings: Business Outsourcing and Recruitment services.
- This role requires strong consultative selling skills, commercial awareness, and a passion for achieving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert inbound and outbound qualified leads into paying clients across Lifted Horizon’s Business Outsourcing and Recruitment services.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution-based sales conversations with prospects.
- Present proposals, pricing models, and value propositions clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
- Track and improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
- Follow up consistently with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and calls to drive momentum.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and lead generation teams on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
- Work closely with the Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth handover after deal closure.
- Report weekly on conversions, closed deals, lost deals, and key objections encountered.
- Use data to identify patterns and suggest improvements to sales scripts and offers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or any related field
- Proven experience in B2B sales, recruitment sales, outsourcing sales, or service-based sales.
- Strong closing ability with demonstrated conversion results.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM systems and managing sales pipelines.
- Ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
- Strong follow-up discipline and attention to detail.
